Chocolate Hanukkah Dreidels
When my pal Amy Wilson, a member of the Detroit Derby Girls, posted photos of her completed chocolate Hanukkah dreidels she made for practice this week, I demanded a photo of one spinning on the track (note the piece of parchment paper she placed on the track so that no one would skate over chocolate)! Amy used this Martha Stewart recipe for Edible Chocolate Marshmallow Dreidels and offers up this tip: Use Crisco to thin out the chocolate when dripping so that the chocolate isn't as thick on the final snack.
